About

Tanya, here.  Jesus follower, wife, mother.

I have been a stay-at-home-mom since the birth of my first child in 2001.   Three kids and 8 years later, I am embarking on a new chapter in my life – homeschool mom.   As we began our first year of homeschooling this fall, I realized that I was learning alongside my children.   I decided keep a diary of our adventure.  But these days they are called blogs.   Sometimes it’s funny.  Sometimes it’s obvious.   Sometimes it’s a tear-jerker.  Other times it is mundane.   Such is life – such is my blog.  Glad to have you here with me.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bow lines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  – Mark Twain
